Hello à tous, ça y est enfin je l'ai finie, elle a de la "gueule" cette automitrailleuse avec son équipage en colère, elle me fait un peu penser à notre "panpan" nationale !

bonsoir, il faut maintenant placer les décalques de la planche bison decals. J'ai choisi une déco de juillet 1941. le souci ce sont les rivets proéminents car même avec du microsol qui normalement assouplit les décals, cela ne marche pas, il faut donc trouver une autre solution. C'est pourquoi, j'ai utilisé une technique bien connue: celle des microbilles des cartouches filtrantes d'eau. J'ai d'abord enlevé les rivets gênants, puis placé les décals, puis sectionné en deux les microbilles de façon à avoir deux rivets, puis je les ai collé et enfin je les ai peint, un peu fastidieux mais je n'ai pas trouvé mieux.


Hello all, we must now place the Bison decals. I chose a decoration of July 1941. The main problem is the protruding rivets because even with Microsol that normally relaxes the decals, it does not work, I must find another solution . Therefore, I used a well-known technique: the microspheres of water filter cartridges. First I removed the rivets, then put the decals, then divided the microspheres in two to have two rivets, and  finally I glued and painted them. A bit tedious but didn't found better.

I also started the painting of the tanker.

Après le montage, le début de la peinture. celle-ci est en trois tons à bords francs. J'utilise pour cela du maskol, j'applique d'abord la teinte la plus claire puis masquage puis le vert puis masquage puis le brun.
Ne pas oublier deux choses importantes:
- les parties en rotation (roues) ne reçoivent qu'une seule couleur sinon elles sont trop visibles en tournant.
- lorsqu'on applique une couleur, toujours rajouter une petite partie des autres couleurs (ex: lorsqu'on applique le beige, rajouter dans le beige une pointe de vert ou de brun).


After the building, the start of the painting. it is done in three sharped edged tones. I use maskol for it, I apply first the lightest shade (light sand) then masking then green then masking then brown.
Do not forget two important things:
- The rotating parts (wheels) receive only a single color otherwise they are too visible while turning.
- When applying color, always add a small amount of other colors (eg when applying the light sand add a touch of green or brown).

à propos j'ai aussi rajouté le tuyau d'échappement qui manquait.


By the way, I also added the missing exhaust pipe.

La suite avec la pose des garde-boue qui demande un gros travail d'ajustage et le montage final avant peinture, la pose de l'antenne cadre qui se fait sans problème, il manquera une couche de primer qui permet d'unifier les différents matériaux utilisés et de voir les dernières imperfections à retoucher. Puis ce sera la peinture en trois tons.


Following with the installation of the fenders that requires a lot of work. The final assembly before painting, the installation of the antenna which comes without any problem, It lacks now a coat of primer which unifies the different materials and shows the last imperfections. Then comes the three-tone paint.

La figurine avec la bandoulière de munitions qui a été enlevée et remplacée par une paire de bretelles.
